PT. SUMITRONICS INDONESIA located in EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang, Bekasi, is a foreign investment company (PMA) which is as a subsidiary of a corporation with worldwide operation in Japan. We were establishing in 1994 and have business lines in trading, wholesale, export, and import.We import huge numbers of electronics parts from abroad and sell them to some big electronics manufacturers company in Bekasi and its surrounding area.
Production Control Staff (PROD)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
As the IT operation based company which communicate with abroad colleagues, our company requires the candidates, which are:
1. Having the computer skill minimum MS Office, especially for excel program. The candidates are required to have knowledge about some important excel formulas that usually required checking or processing some data such as sorting data, pivot table, vlookup, countif, etc.
2. Having English skill, minimum score 500 (TOEIC) or 475 (TOEFL) proven by valid certificate, or pass the score 500 of TOEIC arranged and funded by our company.
Responsibility:
Internally you will be required to control the stocks availability, customer production schedule, and delivery schedule, and prepare some required reports to your superior. Externally you will be required to communicate or negotiate with customer related with customer’s production schedule matter.
Requirements:
1. Male or Female age maximum 30 years old.
2. Graduate from minimum D3 degree with any background (PROD).
3. Min 1 year in administration production, PPC or PPIC, in electronics industry or familiar with data control jobs will be an advantage (PROD).
4. Proactive mind, communicative, and strong data control.
5. Capable to communicate in English, communicative and having capability for teamwork.
Accounting Staff (ACCT)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
As the IT operation based company which communicate with abroad colleagues, our company requires the candidates, which are:

Responsibility:
1. Control and check the transaction related with purchase, account payable, payment request, and support for journal entry of withholding tax.
2. Conduct the reconciliation of input Value Added Tax.
3. Inventory control and prepare the costing calculation.
4. Running the Finance and Accounting computer system, communicate internally with the related business department, and report to the Managements about account closing progress and related matters.
Requirements:
1. Male or Female age maximum 30 years old.
2. Graduate from S1 major in Taxation or Accounting (ACCT)
3. Have working experience at least 2 years in Taxation or Accounting (ACCT)
4. Proactive mind, communicative, and strong data control.
5. Capable to communicate in English, communicative and having capability for teamwork.
