Quality Control (Manager/Asst Manager) (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* This is a mid to senior position requiring self motivation, ownership and interaction with Management.
* S1 or higher preferably in Metallurgy or similar with min 2.75 GPA from a reputed university.
* 30-40 years
* 5 to 10 years in similar position in Steel-Making, Metal Industry, Industrial & Engineering Goods Manufacturing.
* Capability to interact with customers & develop process controls.
* English fluency, Computer literate and communication capabilities with seniors & team members.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Qualification:

* Male or Female, maximum 35 years old
* S1 from any discipline
* Good knowledge in fabric & garment technical areas
* Ability to make samples and patterns for menswear and ladieswear garment is desirable, but not essential
* Good understanding of the garment operation process and solving quality problems
* Experience as Garment Quality Manager or Assistant Manager in garment manufacturing
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken & written

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintain the required quality system and procedures
* Set up corrective and preventive actions to avoid reject/faulty garments
* Managing and retraining the QC team to ensure they maintain the standard requirements
* Ability to make decisions related to garment quality tolerance
* Responsible for providing all quality information related to the running styles in production
* Responsible for organizing the weekly quality reports in The Factory
* Achieve the quality targets for repairs, RTMs and stock confidence

MERCHANDISING / TRIMS MANAGER
Main activities:-Production planning and scheduling, ordering of materials and managing stocks, following up of orders from cutting through to production, warehousing and delivery, and liaison with Head Office UK.

General Qualifications:

* Graduate from reputable University.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
* Previous experience in the garment industry essential. Knowledge of production/quality/ fabrics is an advantage.
* Previous experience of international sourcing of fabrics and accessories. Basic importing/ exporting knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skill, high motivation and able to work under pressure.
* Fluency in English-written and spoken essential.
* Computer literate is a must
* Working well in a team environment essential, as the position has considerable interaction with all other department
