Key Requirements :

* Min. 2 years experience in similar position

Job responsibilities :
* Posses knowledge in personnel data management..
* Good knowledge in attendance system
* Having wide knowledge in developing system
* Preparing and updating job description, job specification and job evaluation
* Preparing and updating SOP, HR policy, and HRIS development
* Preparing and updating organization structures
SYSTEM SUPPORT (SS - 03)
Requirements :
* Responsible for the successful deployment, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of UNIX/Windows Servers.
* Hands on experience as Administrator of UNIX & Windows Operating System.
* Knowing Windows and Interoperability with UNIX would be advantage.
* Familiar with Networking, setup and troubleshooting.
* Graduates from S1, Informatics, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
* Willing to be located in Batam
* Selection will be done in Jakarta and Batam
SEMICONDUCTOR ELECTRICAL SIMULATION Sr. ENGINEER (ES - 02) ( BASE IN BATAM )
Education :
* Electrical Engineer, and a like
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in semicon industry.
* Minimum 3 years in substrate design / Simulation
* Expatriates are also encourage to apply this position
Knowledge:
* Industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, etc.)
* Design rules and capabilities of manufacturing
* Reliability standards
* Acad, Ansoft softwares
* 3D finite modelling
* Willing to be located at Batam Kepulaun Riau
* The Selection will be done in Jakarta
SEMICONDUCTOR MECHANICAL SIMULATION Sr. ENGINEER (MS - 02) ( BASE IN BATAM )
Education:
* Mechanical Engineer, Materials Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and a like
Experience:

* Minimum 3 years in substrate design / Simulation
