Key Users Manager

The Key Users Manager is the part of Themis team (SAP custom-made for Danone AQUA) who will lead the implementation of financial process in Themis, and also become the mediator between Themis project team and business people in which he/she has to be expert in FICO. The accountabilities will involve:

* Provide information regarding specific ways of doing and validate appropriate solution
* Bring real business knowledge and specifies them to the team
* Help business to anticipate and adapt current processes and organization to fit with the process in Themis
* Develop training materials
* Maximize SAP usage
* Act as Themis ambassador
* Provide on field support and coach end users
* Become the first level of Themis expertise in the CBU as well as contact for Themis user

Qualifications
The qualifications are:

* Bachelor degree with Accounting background
* Deep understanding of SAP (FI/CO) module level 1
* Involvement in SAP implementation project as key user is mandatory
* Preferably 5 years experience in the area of Finance and Accounting under SAP
* Strong analytical skill and good English literacy
* Good interpersonal skills, good leadership skills and willingness to travel

Business Solution Manager – SAP FICO Level 1

The Business Solution Manager – SAP FICO (Level 1) will through proactive leadership and management of IS objectives, strategy and execution ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery, which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of Danone’s businesses in Indonesia, for IS domain within DAN’IS Indonesia hub team, taking into account:

* People and organization
* Application Management
* Customer service excellence
* Project management
* Governance processes

Qualifications
The qualifications are:

* Bachelor or Master Degree
* Minimum 5 years work experience
* 3 years working experience in related to exploitation of SAP FI & CO modules (level 1)

Business Solution Manager – SAP Operations

Business Solution Analyst – Manage manufacturing & inventory will provide proactive day to day basis / level 1 of support and project delivery (execution) in an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery, which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of Danone’s businesses in Indonesia, for IS domain within DAN’IS Indonesia hub team, taking into account:

Key Account Supervisor
(Bali, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Lampung, Sulawesi Selatan, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara, Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Follows daily call plan developing good working relationships with store personnel.
* Is actively involved in negotiating, optimizing and collecting the orders, together with the store representative.
* Merchandises assigned stores to prescribed Company Standards.
* Monitors sales trends, returns and inventory stocks in outlets to create daily orders that maximize sales while minimizing returns.
* Records all dated and damaged products and places in a secure place for delivery personnel to pickup.
* Implements Sales and Trade Marketing Programs in appropriate outlets as directed by the Key Account Danone Team and direct Supervisor.
* Confirms orders with Account Management.
* During planned calls observes procedures and regulations – both those of Danone and those of the respective client. In case of conflicting procedures or regulations notifies his line manager.
* Is responsible for the correct handling of Danone merchandise while in store and the permanent observance of refrigerating area parameters.


Requirements:

1. 3- 5 years previous experience in sales FMCG (similar business is a very relevant plus) /minimum 2 years experience in similar position
2. Excellent local network with Key Accounts
3. Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
4. Ability to achieve results effectively; proactivity and initiative skills;
5. Very Good communication skills, leadership, capability to build high performing teams;
6. Excellent knowledge on Key Accounts systems and company’s policies;
7. Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication skills andleadership;
8. Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment. Results oriented; willingness for excellence; open minded; flexible.
9. Field oriented person (75% field for coaching, visits and negotiations, 25% office);
