1. Senior Mine Plan Engineer (Code : Senior MPE)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 7 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry.
• Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable.
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
• Will be placed in site.

2. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geotech Modeling)

Requirements:

• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
• “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred.
• Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential.
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software.
• Self motivated and self starter.
• Good interpersonal relationship skill.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.

3. Infrastructure Project Section Head (Code : InfraSH)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port.
• Have experience in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage.
• Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan“ certificate is prefered.
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving.
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving.
• Be able to adapt quickly.

4. Production Department Head (Code : PDH)

Requirements:

• Male, max 45 years old.
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering.
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head.
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac.
• Minimum POM certificate.
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power).
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure.
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan.

5. Production Supervisor / Pit Supervisor (Code : PS)

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering/geology.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in coal mining industry.
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power).
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure.
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost.
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to be placed in remote area.

6. Stake Out/Resurvey (Code : Survey)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system.
• Scheduling and conducting the mine survey by using total station instrument (Total Station, Theodolite, etc).

Requirements:

• Minimum STM Tambang or D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready worked in remote area.

7. Production Engineer (PE)

Responsibilities:

• Technical and mine planning support to the operation (production).
• Monitor contractor and equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain cost control reporting system.
• Propose a Production Improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role.
• Having capability to manage heavy equipment and production management.
• A working knowledge of Minescape mine planning software.
• Good communication skills.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
• Ready worked in remote area.

8. Hauling Road Maintenance (Code : HRM)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor road maintenance and improvements works according to the specifications required.
• Plan to use proper heavy equipments for road maintenance.
• Road cost estimation and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 graduate in civil engineering (structure/construction) or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 Years experience in the hauling road construction & maintenance is preferably.
• Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance.
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, AutoCad).
• Ability to use survey equipments.
• Will be placed on site.

9. Geologist (Code : GEOS)

Requirements:

• Male, Min. S1 Geology from reputable university.
• 1 - 3 Years experience as geologist.
• Having a Good Knowledge & able to use geological software, is a must.
• Will be placed in remote area.

10. Quality Control (Code : QC)

Responsibilities:

• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Minimum 2 - 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control.
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors.
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking.

PROJECT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

1. Act as Kepala Teknik Tambang (Head of Mine Technique)

3. Develop and maintain a management structure for safe operations in a way that facilitates the development and implementation of the site’s Safety & Health Management System, which will include the site’s Safety and Health Policy objectives.

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER
(Central Kalimantan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operation scheduling and controlling and dealing with contractors
2. Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process
3. Estimate fleet requirements
4. Plan mining operations and design open pit and surface mines.
5. Design mining equipment and supervise the open pit operations, and devising methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
6. Find, extract, and prepare coal, metals, and minerals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform field investigation, develop geotechnical and geological models, geotechnical analysis and design drawings, calculation, remedial detail designs, documentation and reporting,
2. Collaborate with other Engineer Dept to coordinate programs of geotechnical, geological data acquisition, analysis and mapping,
3. Conduct studies in mining exploration and feasibility studies, computer programs, soil analysis software and database,
4. Travel to various survey or project sites, performing presentations, writing and reviewing reports

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Geology, Mining Engineer or Civil Engineering with 5 years experience as Geotechnical Engineering,

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Land Identification, Mapping and Assessment, and other relevant survey works to support Explorations, Projects, Operations and other Company Business purposes
2. Coordinate with Land Matters Team and other Department within the company to maintain communication and relation with local stakeholders (Local Government, Land Owners and Others) in executing Land Survey Works.
3. Support Land Management Team in collecting and updating any relevant data and information from the fields.
4. Coordinate with Team Land Acquisition to support Field Operation Management Team (Exploration and Exploitation) in handling Land issue in the fields under supervision of the Project Manager.

Requirements:

1. At least hold a diploma degree in Geodesy.
