FINANCE MANAGER (FM)

Responsibilities:

* Controlling and managing financial function and information in company
* Managing and monitoring systems for the company’s finances, including coordinating and controlling company cash flow to maintain financial stability.
* Planning and providing financial information in comprehensive and timely manner order to support decision making to achieve company financial target.
* Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks
* Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the company.
* Updating the company regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the company’s business operation.

INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER (IAM)

Responsibilities:

* Executing audits on policies compliance, financial & administration, operation and management to every stores and departments (nationwide) in comprehensive and timely manner, including investigation audit.
* Follow-up, discuss and coordination about audit findings with operation or other departments
* Providing audit report and data analysis for top management in connection with audit result and investigation.
* Providing the recommendation and improvement for top management of audit findings and reports.
* Providing recommendation for improvement on internal control system, assets productivity & safeguarding financial & operational efficiency.

General Requirement:

* Male or Female, age max 40 years old.
* Minimum S-1 degree in finance and/or accounting background
* Having at least 5 years experience in finance
* Willing and able to work under intense pressure over and above normal working hours.
* High Integrity, strong-willed, independent aggressive and able to make initiative, innovative and highly responsible with positive mindset.
* Good leadership skills, highly analytical with good problem solving & decision making skills processes and results-oriented.
* Computer literate.
* Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure
* Fluent in English both written and verbal

FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
Lead a small team of finance professionals in performing accounting and reporting, compliance and controlling, planning and analysis treasury and tax activities for the Company.

Job Duties:
1. Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
2. Provide monthly analysis on budget variances.
3. Policies formulation and implementation on internal control management.
4. Mining cost control and management.
5. Prepare cash flow forecast.
6. Assist in budget planning process.
7. Design work process flow and financial procedures.
8. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for annual statutory audits and tax filing and tax planning.

Requirement and Qualifications:
1. Recognized Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
2. University degree holder in Accounting, qualified accountant is preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years commercial and/or external audit experiences, preferably working in mining business and/or international professional accountancy firm.
4. Familiar with international and local accounting standard.
5. Good knowledge in Indonesia custom import/export, foreign trade regulations.
6. Good, written and spoken English.
7. Immediate available is preferred.

* Ensure compliance to internal controls and statutory financial and legal framework
* Assist in the budgeting process
* Handle Company’s tax matters and statutory filing
* Liaise with bank, auditor and relevant government bodies on Company’s matter

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy and a CPA
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure in a MNC environment
* Highly analytical and possess excellent technical accounting knowledge
* Hands-on knowledge of SAP is a must
* Must be able to read and write in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
