LEGAL MANAGER / CORPORATE SECRETARY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist upper management in providing legal advice and counsel on handling litigation and other legal matters involving the company.
* Assists in developing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements.
* Drafts, reviews or revises various company document. Participates in complex legal projects.
* Provides department budget recommendations and assures optimum development of resources within approval budgets.
* Keep fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keep all levels of management informed of applicable new laws and of the progress and results of court cases.
* Prepare board of Director’s meeting agenda, handle shareholders relation, coordinated and communicates annual meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate degree from an accredited law school.
* Really understand the law in Indonesia and implementation in the field.
* Having 10 years experience in this position.
* Computer skill are essential.
* Good communication skills both written and oral.
