Pursuant government regulation regarding environmental and permit in power plant area, we are urgently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position :

FILING CLERK
Education Required: Possess necessary professional qualifications to undertake the job.

Job Description / Duties :

* Will be reporting directly to 2 (two) managers (QA manager & Engineering managers)
* Responsible for all filing works for the 2 (two) managers.
* Collection and collation of data and reports for the two managers
* Data entry and processing to include report generation
* Updating of all registered documents.
* Preparation of presentation reports for managers
* Others, as may be assigned.

Experience Required :

* Junior level staff with 2 years experience as filing clerk and knowledgeable in hardcopy/ softcopy filing
* Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office
* Having experience in civil construction is an advantage but not a must
* Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 or any QMS is an advantage
* Having experience working with expatriate
* Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision

Language Capabilities : Must be well conversant both oral and written in english

Commencement Date : ASAP

Status : 1 (one) year contract basis

Location : Jakarta & will visit Cirebon site frequently.

Requirements :

* Degree in Agricultural Science or related disciplines from reputable University
* Minimum 3 years working experience in agrochemical sector is preferred
* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and a team player
* Independent, trusted and highly motivated
* To be located in one of the followings areas: Sampit/Banjar Baru, Samarinda, Semarang/Jogjakarta, Labuhan Batu/Rantau Prapat, Cirebon/Karawang
* Possess own vehicle and driving license (A) preferable
* Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English. Conversant in Mandarin/Hokkien will be an advantage

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
You will be responsible in processing the orders, arranging for delivery of goods to customers as well as monitoring the bonus programme.

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma 3 or above in Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines from reputable University
* Experienced in order processing, delivery and purchasing
* Experienced in Freight Forwarded will be an advantage
* Result oriented with minimum supervision
* Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Male candidate with driving license SIM A & C who is based in Jakarta Timur, Depok and Jakarta Selatan is preferred

Qualifications:

* Holding minimum Senior High School Mechanical/ Manufacturing
* Good skill of computer MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

* Having Minimum 3 years experience as Workshop Technician
* Capable to operate (Lathe machine, Milling machine, cutting machine, drilling machine, oxy-acetylene / electric welding machine)

* Ability to read and interpret of technical drawings
* Ability to work with minimal technical supervision

Qualifications:

* Strong coaching, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills
