Responsibility:
* Responsible to provide all support and administration function for Accounting and Operation such as preparation of Accounting Report, calculation and check tax, account payable activities, administration for company operational etc.
Requirements:
* Have Bachelor Degree in majoring in Accounting
* Have 1 – 2 years experience as Accounting Staff in multinational company
* Fluent in English (oral and written) and Mandarin will be an advantage
* Proficiency in Ms. Office
* Good personality, high responsibility, good analytical skills and accuracy, able to work as a team, able to work under pressure
Executive Assistant of General Manager
Responsibility:
Responsible to provide all support and administration function for General Manager such as meeting/appointment arrangement, minutes of meeting preparation, travel arrangement, expenses report and other reports preparation, preparation of presentation materials, correspondence etc.
Requirements:
* Have Diploma Degree in Secretarial academy
* Have 3 – 5 years experience as Executive Assistant of General Manager in multinational company
* Fluent in English (oral and written) and Mandarin will be an advantage
* Proficiency in Ms. Office
* Good personality, high responsibility, good analytical skills and accuracy, able to work as a team, able to work under pressure
