ROLES:
* To implement the documentation system management of Health, Safety, Environment.
* Manage all HSE and company operations to meet the standards/HSE procedures.
* to ensure all personnel are fully understand all safety rules and regulations applicable at the work area.
* To ensure that you and your team works to acheive targets safely
* to ensure that your goal is to eliminate work related injuries, damage of property, and losing time through accidents
* To conduct daily checks and complete monthly safety inspection, reports of the work area with the Drilling Supervisor
* To investigate and report on accidents, incidents and hazards identify the causes and report them or make recommendations to the Manager
* To ensure all accident and damage reports are completed in the time specified and meet satisfactory standard of document of each event.
* To take an appropriate action in order to the first aid of injuries, accident and the damage of property
* Manage all the activities related to Health, Safety, Fire and Environment
* Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations
* Conduct risk assessment and risk mitigation measures
* Administer the effective industrial safety program
* Manage and supervise Contractor activity
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Science/Occupational Safety
* Minimum 3 years of experiences in Safety, Health and Environment oil at Supervisory level in the drilling or oil & gas or mining industries
* Good knowledge of National (MIGAS) & international oil & gas safety regulations and standards
* Experience of preparing risk assessment and safe systems of work, developing and delivery of training
* Administer the effective industrial safety program
* Good knowledge in safety, quality, health & environment and good in establish for HSE Management system (ISO 9001: 2000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001), SOP, JSA and Emergency Response.
* Preferably a registered/certified for AK3 Umum or AK3 MIGAS
* Strong knowledge for Drilling Waste Management
* OHSAS 18001 Certified
* Although based in Jakarta, this position will require considerable field work by the incumbent

Legal & Contract Coordinator
ROLES:
* Provide advice on legal matters related to Dart’s business activities, including potential risks and suggested mitigating actions.
* Support the growth of Dart Energy Indonesia, including the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
* Advise Dart Indonesia management and the business development teams regarding the management of legal and commercial risks associated with new investment opportunities.
* Advise the commercial term during farm-in/farm out negotiation and GSA negotiation
* Providing advice on the structuring of transactions, compliance and corporate governance issues, management of local and regional legal issues
* Negotiation and drafting of framework and/or operating agreements and other documents required for the conduct of business
* Negotiation and drafting of agreements for the procurement of goods and services required by Dart’s operated assets
* Negotiation and resolution of legal and business issues encountered in the operation of the business, with an emphasis on a business-focused approach that complies with Dart’s policies and applicable laws, and supports Dart’s long-term interests and objectives.
* Representing the company in negotiations and discussions and other dealings with regulators, government authorities, industry associations, customers, consultants and other third parties
* Provide the management of Dart Energy Indonesia with well-founded legal reasoning and strategic insights necessary to protect the interests and reputation of Dart Energy
* Mentor and train other members of Dart Energy staff, such as commercial team, on key legal considerations, such as legal documentation, basic legal concepts, and risk allocation
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
* Minimum 5 years of experiences in the field of law, particularly litigation, preferably with oil and gas background
* fluently in English

* Capable of giving legal opinions (verbal / written) related legal services are handled, whether legal issues overseas and in Indonesia

Drilling Supervisor
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for coordination of drilling programs
ROLES:
* Supervise the safety of all personal and machinery involved in all day to day operations.
* Supervise nippleing up of well head and BOP’S and also casing leak of tests.
* Direct supervision and successful implementation of all drilling operations in accordance with good industry practice
* Monitor and report non-productive time, investigate and implement improvements to minimise non-productive time and total well drilling/completion times
* Supervise work over and work over fishing operation
* Supervise well head and surface facility’s installations
* Monitor well equipment
* Supervise the lay down Area and workshop state of neatness and tideness
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Petroleum, Geologist, Mechanical
* Minimum 10 years of drilling experiences in oil and gas/mining industry
* Industry specific courses and training such as Blow Out Prevention and Well Control Certificate, Permit to Work
* Senior first aid certificate
* Self-motivated, team work oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
* This position will require at field work back to back by the incumbent
