MCU Operator – Underground Freeport

Essential Skills/Experience:
Requirements:
• Completion of Orica MCU operator training
• Completion Underground group 3 training
• Have a driver license (SIM B2)
• Have at least 1 years experience as a mechanic
• Fluency in English both oral and written is advantage
• Experience as equipment operator is advantage
• Certificate in 2nd Blaster Class and KIM is advantage
• Hands on attitude

Essential Skills/Experience:
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Willing to be placed in remote site in Papua
• Preferably at least 2 year experience as the same role
• Have experience with expatriates formalities
• Self motivated, positive attitude, enthusiastic and initiative
• Excellent communication and oral skills to people at all levels (both in English & Bahasa Indonesia)
• Inter-personal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent Computer skills, Ms. excel and Ms. word is advantage
• Possess high motivation to provide outstanding customer service
• Team player
• Able to drive Light Vehicle and Hold SIM A is advantage

Key Accountabilities:
• Staff movements day to day
• HR Administrations
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work
• Provide secretarial assistance to PT OMS and provide general support to all administrative assistance
• Adherence to Company s SH&E policies and procedures
• Managing company business meeting, conference, exhibition and social events
• Expats – travel/accommodation assistance (as backup)

Essential Skills/Experience:
Requirements:
• S1 Degree in any Field (Accounting / Management / Technique/IT preferred)
• Min of 2-3 years in the similar job & responsibility
• Good knowledge of Indonesia tax and have ability in tax calculation & report
• Strong analytical & accuracy
• Fluency in English both oral and written
• Committed to work within the Company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics.

Key Accountibilities:
• Prepare and process salary payment (Local employees & Expatriate)
• Preparing and processing the payment of monthly income tax, Jamsostek and DPLK including claims proceedings
• Support, implement, advice and control the compensation and benefits practices to ensure consistent application of C&B policies
• Working together with the Finance and Accounting Department to process the monthly and annual closing for accounting purposes
