Junior Secretary (Contract) (Code:Secr)
Responsibilities:
* To assist leader handling administration tasks and coordinates team members.
* Prepare and manage correspondence, emails, reports and documents.
* Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements & events.
* Take type and distribute minutes of meetings.
* Implement and maintain office systems.
* Maintain schedules, calendars and also arrange and confirm appointments
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Having experience 1 year as Secretary will be advantage.
* Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Accurate, well organizing, systematic and can work under pressure.
* Initiative, energetic and good communication skill.

Purchasing & Inventory Planning Admin Support (Contract) (Code:PIPAS)
Responsibilities:
* Provide an optimum support to marketing and sales operation and being a main partner in maintaining an optimum customer service
* Provide reliable service for the back to back purchase order
* Regularly follow up all the pending purchase order to all the supplier
* Ensuring all the item come on timely as promised
* Maintain good contact with all suppliers for chemicals division
* Assist in maintaining the item master data for Chemicals Division
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Logistic/Transportation, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply or experienced at least 1 years specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent from Manufacturing or Chemical Trading Company will be advantage.
* Know about Basics Inventory Management and familiar with ERP System (SAP) will be advantage.
* Possess English and Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel) Ability.

Corporate Communication Supervisor (Code:Corcomm SPV)
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Corporate Communications Manager to build and run an integrated communication strategy that inline with the global policy, especially about SOP and Branding.
* Supervise and run all communications programs, for both internal and external public in order to create a positive image of the company.
* Supervise and run all internal communications programs such as Corporate Bulletin (Nasional & International), Announcement materials, Letters and Internal events.
* Supervise and run all external communications programs CSR program, Media relations, Corporate programs and Website
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Public Relation, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Media is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
* Be willing to travel (overnight).
* Be working during holidays when necessary.
* Possess Writing Skill, Event Management, Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
